Industrial Automation Division
Our Industrial Automation Division provides custom control solutions for a variety of industrial manufacturing and process control applications. Our experience includes automating manufacturing processes that were previously manually operated and upgrading or replacing outdated or poorly performing controls. We are degreed engineers of diverse industrial experience, rather than simply programmers, so we can readily bring our automation skills to bear on a wide variety of industrial applications. We work with the customer to fully define the process and the customer’s objectives, and then propose a cost-effective control system architecture to meet the need. We are experienced in both PLC and embedded PC-based control and offer sophisticated graphical user interfaces, in-plant
networking, and Internet connectivity. As our name implies, our control
panels are built to be sustainable. This means th
at we emphasize affordability,
reliability, and maintainability. In our PLC-based control systems, we
primarily use products from Automation Direct, which is renowned for its
high performance-to-cost ratio, excellent customer service, and for continually
offering new technologically advanced control products. Sustainable Automation
is proud to be one of Automation Direct’s select group of approved
System
Integrators.
For applications that require remote monitoring and/or performance data-logging, we can create full featured web-based SCADA systems. These systems are database-centric and can readily integrate with the client's existing business computer systems. We are an affiliated system integrator for the FactorySQL and FactoryPMI SCADA software packages from Inductive Automation.
